The best message rarely wins.
The best-told story does.

Welcome to Storytelling for Influence.
You are officially part of the pilot group.
STORYTELLING FOR INFLUENCE
The best message rarely wins. The best-told story does.
Whether pitching to leadership, rolling out a change, speaking at a conference, or briefing a stakeholder, your message is competing against meetings, emails, reports and distractions.
Storytelling for Influence is a practical workshop designed to help your messages cut through, stick and inspire action.
Drawing on insights from psychologists, performance experts, stage actors and AI engineers, you will learn to turn complex messages into clear, compelling stories.
During the session, you will bring a real communication challenge and work through a proven process: clarify your core message, build your story using a three-act structure, then refine your delivery through feedback and practice.
You will leave with a story that is ready to tell.
YOUR SESSION
Tues, 28th July 2026
9:30am–12pm
Hive Space, Level 9
121 Exhibition Street
This program was built from the ground up by experts across psychology, storytelling, and AI. Each brings a distinct lens. Together, they create the three perspectives that will guide, challenge, and support you throughout the session.

Structure and techniques to draw in an audience. The three-act framework that turns flat information into a story people carry with them.

The science of attention, nerves, and messages that stick. Why brains remember stories and forget bullet points.

Tools that sharpen your message, accelerate research, and provide instant feedback on clarity and delivery.
You will work on something you are already building and walk away with a method you can keep using long after the session.
Understand your natural style, learn how to read your audience, and get AI prompts to ideate strategically.
Structure and deliver presentations that engage your audience, with AI tools built into every step.
Ready-to-use prompts and tools to level up your presentations.
From psychology, storytelling, and AI perspectives. Leave with a 360-degree view of what is working and what to sharpen.
Not just skills, not just a framework, but the confidence to stand up and tell a story that matters.
To get the most out of the workshop, please complete the two activities below before you attend. Together, they'll take around 15 minutes to complete. Your responses will be used throughout the workshop to personalise activities and help you apply the concepts to your own work.
Discover your natural communication archetype. 18 questions grounded in personality science. Gain insights into your communication strengths and potential blind spots.
Choose a presentation scenario that is relevant to your role and personalise it to your own work. You'll use this scenario throughout the workshop as you learn and practise storytelling techniques.
A take-home guide containing the key concepts, frameworks, and templates explored during the Storytelling for Influence workshop.
Complete your Storyteller Profile Questionnaire above, then bring your results and your curiosity. We will take care of the rest.
